From job seekers: name, contact details, resume, education and employment history, skills, certifications, current and expected compensation, notice period, location preferences, interview feedback and any other details you choose to share. Where an employer requires it and the law allows it, we may collect identity and background verification documents.

From employers and recruiters: names and business contact details of your representatives, company information, job requirements, feedback on candidates, and contract and billing details.

From website visitors: details you enter in our contact form, and basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and IP address.

3. Why we use it

4. Consent and sharing

We process your data with your consent or for other uses permitted by law. We share a job seeker's profile with an employer only after the job seeker agrees to be considered for that role. We may also share data with service providers who help us run our business (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep candidate profiles for as long as they are useful for matching you to roles, and delete them on request. Records we must keep under law are retained for the period the law requires.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

8. Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
